THE BEGINNING
It all began in the hills of Darjeeling. V.K. Javery joined the tea trade in the 1960s, a perfectionist who lived for aroma and craft. His legacy continues to shape how we source and appreciate tea even today.

THE EXPANSION
Born in Marybong Tea Estate in 1969, Viradh grew up around tea across the hills of Darjeeling. As V. K. Javery’s son, the trade came naturally to him. After studying at St. Paul’s, he moved into the business in the early 1990s and built strong suppliership across India with a sharp focus on quality. His day still starts and ends with chai and some stock market charcha.
