Shipping policy

At BlissRasa, we’re a small team packing every order with a lot of care.
Here’s how shipping works for us:


Order Processing

We usually take 1–2 working days to pack and dispatch your order.

If there’s a delay because of stock, weather, or logistics issues, we’ll always try to inform you.


Delivery Timelines (India)

Once dispatched, orders typically reach you within:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 working days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 working days

These timelines depend on the courier partner and may vary slightly during festivals, sales, or bad weather.


Shipping Charges

  • We try to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

  • Free shipping may apply above certain order values (if active on the website).

  • Standard shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link.
You can use this link anytime to check your shipment’s status.

If you don’t receive a tracking update within 48 hours of ordering, just email us—we’ll help out.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If your phone is unreachable or the address is incorrect/incomplete, the package may get returned to us.
If the order returns due to customer unavailability/address issues, reshipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel looks damaged, torn, or tampered, please:

  1. Click a picture or video before opening

  2. Open it and check the product

  3. Email everything to blissrasabeverages@gmail.com within 24–48 hours

We’ll sort it out immediately.


Delivery Locations

We currently ship all across India.
International shipping isn't available yet, but we’re working on it.
