Suggested Recipe
Masala Chai (Serves 2)
Boil 2 cups of water and add 2 teaspoons of BlissRasa™ Rich Blend along with your preferred chai masala or freshly crushed spices (ginger, cardamom, cloves, a pinch of cinnamon).
Simmer for 3–4 minutes till it turns deep amber and releases a kadak aroma.
Add ½ cup (100 ml) of milk and sweetener to taste. Let it simmer for another 2–3 minutes till it’s rich and frothy.
Strain and serve garma garam.
P.S. Best enjoyed with poha, pakoras, or any rainy-day snacks.
